The program is delivered through an app with programs built around progressive overload, allowing your body the time it needs to adapt, get stronger, and improve performance.

While six week phases may feel repetitive at times, consistency is the key driver of results. Sticking with the same structure allows progress to be measured and sustained rather than reset every few weeks.

Within the app, you can connect your health tracking device or app including; Apple Health, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Garmin and Oura.

Choose a training split between two and five days per week, whichever suits your lifestyle, goals and experience level. The aim of the membership is not just short term motivation, but creating habits and discipline that carries into the future.

Access a calorie and macro calculator and the ability to set these targets in the app depending on your goal, whether you want to gain, lose or maintain. You will also have access to a number of recipes that have calories and macros broken down for you.

The membership is about consistency, trusting the process, and building a foundation you can continue to develop into the future.
