The bfg.coaching eight week challenge focuses on building consistent strength training habits alongside calorie tracking and goal based macro adherence.

The program is delivered through an app with program built around progressive overload, allowing your body the time it needs to adapt, get stronger, and improve performance.

While eight weeks may feel repetitive at times, consistency is the key driver of results. Sticking with the same structure allows progress to be measured and sustained rather than reset every few weeks.

Within the app, you can connect your health tracking device or app including; Apple Health, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Garmin and Oura.

Choose a training split of either three or four days per week, whichever suits your lifestyle, goals and experience level. The aim of the challenge is not just short term motivation, but creating habits and discipline that carries beyond the eight weeks.

Access a calorie and macro calculator and the ability to set these targets in the app depending on your goal, whether you want to gain, lose or maintain. You will also have access to a number of recipes that have calories and macros broken down for you.

This challenge is about consistency, trusting the process, and building a foundation you can continue to develop well after it ends.
