About the 8 Week Challenge

The 8 week program is delivered through an app with programs built around progressive overload, allowing your body the time it needs to adapt, get stronger, and improve performance.

During the eight weeks, it may feel repetitive at times, but the two phases will drive consistency and deliver results. Keeping the same structure allows progress to be measured and sustained rather than constant changes.

Within the app, you can connect your health tracking device or app including; Apple Health, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Garmin and Oura.

Choose a training split of either three or four days per week, whichever suits your lifestyle, goals and experience level. The aim of the challenge is not just short term motivation, but creating habits and discipline that carries beyond the eight weeks.

Access a calorie and macro calculator with the ability to set targets in the app depending on your goal of gaining muscle, losing fat or maintenance. You will also have access to a number of recipes that have calories and macros broken down for you.

This challenge is about being consistent, trusting the process, and building a foundation you can continue to develop well after it ends.
