Cancellation Policy: All personal training session packs must be used within a set timeframe; 4-packs within 6 weeks, 8-packs within 12 weeks, 12-packs within 16 weeks, and 24-packs within 30 weeks. We understand that life happens, so if you need flexibility due to illness, travel, or personal circumstances, just let us know; we’re here to help. Early termination may incur a 50% fee on the remaining balance, and unused sessions outside the validity period may be forfeited unless an extension is approved.
