What is included in the 8 week challenge?

Programming: Program for 8 weeks, with two phases; the second phase is updated after four weeks and both will use progressive overload

Coaching: Ongoing support, education, and accountability with regular check-ins to keep you on track. You’ll also get a calorie target and macro breakdown based on your goal; whether you’re cutting (losing weight), bulking (building muscle), or maintaining.

Personal Training: One in person session per week so you train safely and effectively.
