what the training entails
training runs in phases, each with a clear focus on structure, progressive overload and technique. tempo, progression and repetition are used properly and recovery is part of the plan. It’s not about pushing yourself near breaking point. you need to recover in order to progress and be ready for the next workout or phase.
what to expect from each phase:
progressive overload: difficulty increases gradually through heavier weights or more reps so you avoid plateaus and keep improving.
focus and repetition: key movements are repeated so you can improve technique, and develop strength and muscle over time.
recovery built in: rest and de-load weeks are part of the plan. they are there to help you recover properly and continue making progress.
calories and step goals: adjusted based on your current phase and your overall goals.
phase to phase progression: each phase builds on the last. if your goals change or you’re progressing differently, we’ll modify the plan. the aim is steady progress over time.
